Terms and Conditions:

Confirmation & Payment:

1. All booking fees are non-refundable.

2. All clients, if choosing to reschedule, must do so at least 48 hours prior to appointment; failing to do so will result in an automatic $50 charge.

3. Same-day cancellations will result in an automatic charge of 45%.

4. No Call-No Show appointments will result in an 100% automatic charge.

5. All remaining balance is due in Cash or Zelle.

6. Address and confirmation will be sent the day prior to your scheduled appointment!

Service requirements & add-ons:

1. Same-day service additions to any service are not permitted, and must be confirmed at time of booking.

2. If you’re looking to get color, hair must be dropped off at salon by 4 business days prior to your appointment. Salon business days: Tuesday-Saturday. Message (312) 350 -9471 for drop-off instructions.

3. Bundles must be cleaned, free of oils, residue, and completely dried. In-house cleaning is $20 upcharge.

4. No extra guest or children allowed (unless being serviced). No exceptions.

5. Upon permission, we may capture photos/videos during your appointment for our portfolio. We recommend arriving prepared and camera-ready!
